b1/2 kg skinless chicken breast cut into strips 1 inch by half inch
1 egg
5tbsp flour
2tbsp cornflour
Grated ginger
1tbsp sesame oil
2tbs sherry or rice wine
Black pepper

Method

Marinade chicken in mix of
Ginger, sesame oil and sherry/rice wine, black pepper When marinated mix chicken into batter made of
1 egg
5tbsp flour
2tbsp cornflour
Deep fry until starting to turn golden. Remove and drain on paper towel. When drained refry until crispy.
Serve with fried rice and sweet and sour sauce.
