Matthew Metcalfe (Chef)
Chef De Cuisine Mathew Metcalfe is the owner of specialty cake store Icing on the Cake in Herne Bay. He returns to Good Morning in 2012 off the back of his masterchef appearances as the resident pastry chef in all 3 seasons.
His career has seen him travel all through the northern hemisphere as a personal chef for 9 years cooking on private estates and Super yachts. Although his experience has seen him through all executions in the kitchen, his passion and love for pastry has seen him set up shop in Auckland and he has never looked back.
He brings to the show his enthusiasm for food and a fundamental approach to making baking fun for all ages.
