Mandarin and Kiwifruit Jam

Ingredients
750g ripe kiwifruit
2 mandarins
2 lemons
750g white sugar
Method
Cut up kiwifruit and mandarins and place in a
saucepan.
Add juice of lemons and sugar.
Let it stand for 1 hour, and boil until thick.
