Mama's Plum Tarte

Time: 30 min prep plus cooking time
Serves:  6-8
Cost: Less than $10

Ingredients
400gr flour
200gr butter
1 pinch salt
A bit of water
12 dark, sweet plums

Method
Short pastry
Mix flour and butter (cut into small cubes) with your hands.
Add the salt and water (the water is just to make it a paste).
Keep in your fridge for at least 4-5 hours.
Roll it and place into a tart mould.

Topping
Cut the plums and arrange them on the pastry.
Put some cinnamon sugar (caster sugar with a bit of cinnamon) on the top.
Cook in the oven 180C for 35-40 min.
