Mad caesar salad
With Tamahou Waikari
1 head cos lettuce
1 chicken breast
2 smoked chicken slices
Croutons (cubed bread, garlic, oil)
1/5 cup Buttermilk
1/5 cup Mayonnaise
1 garlic clove
Add all into a blender and mix to dressing consistency.
Coat and season chicken in Cajun seasoning and leave to marinate, break up lettuce and wash.
In a pan heat some olive oil and garlic and lightly fry bread and then place onto paper towel to rid excess oil. Cut chicken and bacon into slices and using the crouton pan cook through and add to a bowl with the lettuce/ croutons.
Make the dressing and toss gently through, serve in a bowl and sprinkle with parmesan
