Jaquie's Lazy Parent Exciting Treat

Ingredients
1/2 Block of dark chocolate
A banana or any other fruit
A cup of rice bubbles
Additional - smooth peanut butter if we are getting creative.

Method
This recipe is fun for little people, when they are a bit older they can even help make it themselves. But for toddlers and finger food it's good as an occasional treat due to the choc. It's like a messed up fondu I guess.
Take one banana, one apple and one pear.
Break dark choc and melt over a ban-maree thing (the saucepan of simmering water with the glass bowl sitting on-top).
Put rice bubbles in a bowl and set aside.
Open the peanut butter and set aside.
Peel the fruit and cut into toddler sized chunks - you may need to dry these off on kitchen towel if very juicy.
Now the fun part!
Get your piece of fruit and dip one end in the melted choc. Then take the same chocolaty end and dip it in the rice bubbles, set aside on a piece of grease proof paper.
Choose another piece of fruit and smooth some peanut butter on the end, dip that into the rice bubbles and set aside.
Choose another piece and smooth on peanut butter, dip a tiny bit in choc and then into rice bubbles.
Eat it all up and say yum, thanks mum you are the best mum ever, I'm so lucky to have you as my mum.
