Healthy Furger

Healthy Furger (fresh burger) with Beetroot Slaw

Serves 4-6 people
Preparation time 15-20 min

300g mince beef
300g mince pork or mince lamb 
1/4 cup chop onion 
1/4 cup chop carrot 
1/4 cup capsicum 
1/4 cup mushroom
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp chop jalapeno
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
1 tsp chop basil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Combine all ingredients together.
Grill burger on grill or sear on the pan and finish in the oven.
Serve with whole meal burger buns and beetroot slaw.

Beetroot Slaw
2 sliced beet root
2 sliced fennel
1 sliced onion 
1/4 sliced cabbage
2 tbsp mayonnaise 
1/4 tsp horseradish 
1/4 tsp lemon juice 
1/4 tsp honey 
1/4 tsp sunflower seeds

Combine all ingredients together.
