Frankie Walker's Cocktail
With Frankie Walker
45 ml Bacardi Superior
60 ml Coconut water
60 ml Freshly pressed pineapple juice, or good quality bought pineapple juice
2 tsp caster sugar
Pineapple for garnish
Cut your pineapple wedge for garnish.
Press or muddle your pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker or large jam jar.
Add 2 tsp caster sugar to the juice.
Stir till dissolved.
Add Bacardi Superior.
Add coconut water.
Add ice. Shake and strain into glass.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
