The First Step with Melissa Moon

This ten-week programme builds up your fitness from a walk/run/repeat combination in week one, to running non-stop for 30-minutes by week ten.

Each line represents a daily 30-minute training session Melissa says you should perform 3 to 4 times in that week, before moving onto week two. So in week one, you will run for 2 minutes, walk for 4 minutes and then repeat this five times, equalling 30-minutes of exercise that day. The following week you will walk for fewer minutes and run for more!

Always check with your doctor before beginning an exercise programme.
