Falafel

Serves people 2-4
Preparation time 10-15 min

Ingredients
2 cups chickpea
1/2 chopped onion
1 ea tomato
1-2 green chillis
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/4 cup chopped coriander
1/4 cup chopped mint
4 garlic cloves
3-5 tbsp flour
1 tbsp baking powder
2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Oil for deep frying

Method
Soak chick pea overnight
Blend all the ingredient together.
All the dry spices
Make small balls and deep fry.
