Clafoutis aux Peches (Peach Clafoutis)

Ingredients
250g fresh cream
85 g milk
65 g caster sugar
35 g flour
2 eggs
4 g Vanilla Extract
3 yellow peaches

Method
Cut the peaches into 8 segments, then place them in to a roasting dish
In a bowl, mix the eggs with caster sugar and put in the vanilla extract
Mix in the flour and finally the cream and milk
Put the mix in the roasting dishes on top of the peaches
Cook in the oven at 180C for approx 25 min
Can be keep in the fridge for one week
