Christmas Chicken Bon Bons

Ingredients
4 rashers streaky bacon
8 sheets filo pastry
50g butter, melted
3 chicken breasts, cooked and sliced
1/3 cup cranberry sauce
1/4 cup pistachio nuts, lightly toasted
125g brie, sliced
8 round egg noodles, cooked until just tender

Method
Preheat the oven to 200C.
Brush one sheet of filo with melted butter and then place another sheet on top.
Continue until you have a stack of 4 sheets. 
Cut the stack in half crossways. 
Repeat the process with the remaining 4 sheets of pastry.
Spread the pastry stacks out on a bench and along one end place chicken, brie, a generous dollop of cranberry and a sprinkling of nuts, season with salt and pepper. 
Make sure you leave enough space at each end to form a bon bon. 
Tie each end with an egg noodle to make a bon bon shape.
Place on a cold baking tray and bake for 15 minutes until golden.
