Chilli jam biscuits

1 cup softened butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla
2/3 cup yellow cornmeal
2 cups plain flour
1/4 cup thick chilli jam
Preheat oven to 180C.
Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Into a large bowl, beat butter before adding brown sugar and baking powder. Beat until well combined. Add in egg yolks and vanilla. Add cornmeal and mix to combine well. Add flour.
Shape into small balls. Place 1" apart on baking tray.
Lightly press the tip of our finger into centre of each ball, and then fill with a little chilli jam.
Bake about 10 minutes or until bottoms are lightly brown.
Cool on tray for a minutes before transferring to completely cool on a wire rack.
Store in decorated jars to give as gifts.
