Chapatis

Cost: $0.58
Serves: 6

Ingredients
3 cup flour
1/4 cup oil
1-2 cups boiling water

Method
Stir oil into the flour. Add boiling water slowly to make a dough.
Cut into 12 pieces.
Form each piece into a ball. Roll out thin.
Dry fry in a frying pan (no oil needed) on both sides.
