Cauliflower Keema

Cauliflower Keema (Minced Cauliflower)

Serves 3-5 people
Preparation time 10-15 min

Ingredients
1 grated cauliflower 
1/2 cup green peas
1 white onion finely chopped
1 ea chopped tomato
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp ginger
1 dry red chilly
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp  garam masala
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp chopped coriander
1 tbsp cashew (optional)
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp butter

Method 
Take a pan, add oil and butter and grated cauliflower, cook till it becomes crisp and brown.
Take another pan and add oil and cumin seeds and dry red chilli and let it crackle.
Add onion, ginger and garlic and tomato, and cook.
Add powdered spices, and green peas.
Once peas are cooked, add cauliflower and garnish with coriander.
