Ingredients
30 ml Gin
15ml Pastis
15ml Dubonnet
30ml Strawberry and Lavender syrup. (Monin has these syrups)
Lemon Juice
Dash of Egg white
Method
Add all ingredients into a Boston shaker; fill with ice
shake/strain into a coupe glass.
