Four little hearts of roses running along a canvas frame, enhanced with bling letters - gorgeous for a bedroom wall!
Things to gather
From Spotlight you can purchase
Stretched Renoir canvas (10 x 20”)
Hot glue gun and sticks
Ribtex foam roses or similar - in a colour to suit (I used white on white) - about 12 inches in total.
36 tiny green leaves
12 small toning millinery roses
Kaisercraft bling - Alphas letters 1 each of : L,O,V,E
Set of heart shaped cookie cutters. Buy the set as we will have other uses for these throughout the year. Use the largest in the tin as your template for tracing heart shapes down onto the surface of the canvas.
Use the pencil and lightly mark canvas board into quarters, (running landscape, long-ways) then mark the middle.
Use the heart shape as your template to lightly scribe down 4 hearts at the above marks to run along middle portion of canvas.
Carefully glue leaves (about 9) along scribed lines of each heart.
Glue roses (about 3 each) into middle of each heart.
Take the little millinery roses and glue these ones in the middle on top of the roses, then on each side of the middle of the roses.
These are used to create more of a rounded cushion effect and to fill in any spaces or white canvas which might be showing.
Peel backing away from bling letters and position each at the base of each heart starting with ‘L’…
Prop up on a mantle, side- table or hang on a wall.
