Asian Style Pork and Puha Salad

Ingredients
400g pork fillet - sliced thinly
1/2 red onion - sliced thinly
500g watercress- washed
 
Method
Heat a wok on high and add a tbsp of oil. When hot add the pork and stir fry until cooked through.
Remove from heat and place into a bowl.
Drizzle half the dressing over the pork, the other half over the salad of red onion and watercress.
Place a handful of the watercress onto a plate then top with pork.
 
Dressing
Ingredients
1 tbsp ginger - finely diced or grated
2 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp chilli oil
 
Method
Combine then drizzle over watercress and meat.
