Arroz Con Pollo

Ingredients
Chicken drumsticks
Large red onion, diced
Rice 
Coriander 
Black beer bottle
Olive Oil
Frozen peas shelled 
Salt and pepper
Paprika
Fresh Garlic

Garnish
Capsicum Yellow
Red Capsicum
Fresh Tomato
Parsley
Black Olives

Method 
Marinate the chicken well, with garlic, pepper and salt.
Seal them in hot oil. 
In a pan-fry the onion, capsicum yellow and then panca until well browned and add 2 1/2 cup Coriander to like steam.
When they are cooked book. 
In the same pan add the amount of liquid required for the 5 cups of rice (06 cups of liquid, which are composed of dark beer and water to complete the required amount), the cup ground coriander, 1 tbsp. garlic, salt to taste, when it boils add the rice, peas and whole pickled peppers and immediately reduce heat to a minimum, so that simmer.
Once it is up to the moment of serving pour over the peppers into strips so it cooks with steam.
