Annabel Langbein's Chicken and Bacon Nuggets
Try these as a healthy alternative to chicken nuggets at a kids’ party or a great finger food for adults too.

600g boneless chicken tenderloins, breasts or thighs, cut into 3cm pieces
10 rashers streaky bacon, cut in half
Homemade Tomato Sauce or store-bought tomato sauce, to serve.
Preheat oven to 220°C fanbake and line an oven tray with baking paper for easy clean-up.
Wrap bacon around each chicken piece and secure with toothpicks or skewers. Arrange in a single layer on prepared tray and bake until chicken is cooked through and bacon is starting to get crispy (12-15 minutes). Serve accompanied by tomato sauce.
