Al and Sean's Sliders

'The Depot'
Ingredients
'Loaf' Slider Buns
Butter
Turbot
Preserved lemon
Mayonnaise
Watercress
Fresh Lemon
Method
Halve slider buns, butter and heat until warm
through.
Portion pieces of turbot, season with salt and fresh black pepper -
cook
Fine chop preserved lemon and fold through mayonnaise.
To assemble spread a lick of the preserved mayo on top and bottom
half of each bun.
Place the cooked turbot portion on the bottom half.
Top with some watercress leaves, a fresh squeeze of lemon juice,
add the 'lid' and serve.
'The Don'
Ingredients
'Loaf' Slider Buns
Butter
Meat balls
Provolone cheese
Tomato relish
Method
Halve slider buns, butter and heat until warm
through.
Cook meatballs until golden and melt small amount of provolone
cheese over the top of each meatball.
To assemble spoon a dollop of tomato relish on the slider bases,
top with the cheese covered meatball then add the lid and
serve.
'White Trash'
Ingredients
'Loaf' Slider buns
Sweetened whipped cream
Raspberry jam
Icing sugar
Method
To assemble, make a diagonal slice half way through each
slider bun.
Open them up a little and load with whipped cream.
Finish with a dot of raspberry jam in the centre of the cream, then
dust with icing sugar and serve!.
