Go Girls recap: S3, ep 13
Episode 13 - The Brave and the Really Stupid
Olivia is on the mend, Amy has decided to stay and all is well in
Kevin's world. Except for one niggling problem - his
conscience. Other Kevin follows him around and telling him to fess
up to Amanda that he slept with Britta. He does so and Amanda takes
it very badly. She won't even talk to Kevin who responds by
drowning his sorrows and worrying about his real motives.
Amy fears that Kevin said something about her declaration of love
but Kevin reveals the Britta grief bonk. Olivia is shocked but Amy
thinks it's a sign that subconsciously Kevin doesnt want to get
married. Kevin tries to talk to Amanda who is inconsolable. Kevin
tells Britta that he never wants to hurt anyone that badly
again.
Amy gives Kevin a touching present from their youth. She assures
him she'll always be his friend, no matter what. But her feelings
run deeper than that.
Britta pleads with Amanda on Kevin's behalf. If Amanda forgives
Kevin, Britta will stay out of their lives, permanently. And she is
no threat because she has a boyfriend. Leo is bemused to learn he
is now Britta's boyfriend, but readily agrees.
Olivia and Amy are appalled and try to intervene and in the
process, Amy reveals that she loves Kevin and has doubts about
Hans.
Amanda and Kevin talk through what happened and he pleads for
forgiveness. She finally agrees; the wedding is on. Britta realises
Amanda has taken her up on
her offer; her friendship with Kevin must end.
However, Amy speaks to Amanda on Britta's behalf and points out
that she risks blowing it out of proportion in Kevins mind. Britta
is invited back into the fold.
Cody is blindsided when her parents announce they are moving to
Perth and want Possum to come with them. Cody feels powerless to
intervene.
She is seeing NSB but doesnt want her parents to know or that
its all over with Eli. NSB thinks she worries too much about what
her parents think, but Cody doesnt want to upset them again.
However, when Possum admits she doesn't want to go, Cody agrees to
go in to bat for her. Angelina points out that legally Cody is
Possum's mother and NSB agrees that Cody has every right. As
feared, Gwen and Wiri are very upset and Possum doesn't back her up
because she doesnt want to hurt them.
Cody and Possum are resigned to being parted, but Kevin steps up.
He gives Wiri a talk, under the guise of discussing his wedding
speech. Wiri and Gwen agree to leave Possum behind in Codys
care.
The day of the wedding arrives and Amy covers her feelings for
Kevin by being very helpful. Britta struggles to get into her best
woman dress; her breasts have grown and are tender.
She's pregnant - to Kevin. She holds her tongue and the
wedding ceremony proceeds but the tension grows as the tears
flow.
Will anyone say why these two should not be wed?
