Cinnamon Honey Cream


Honey and cinnamon transform crème fraîche or sour cream into a luscious accompaniment for fresh or poached fruit. Try cardamom, ginger or five-spice in place of the cinnamon. Delicious sandwiched between Buttery Shortbread with sliced strawberries to make Shortbread Stacks with Strawberries.


Prep time 5 mins

Serves 4


• ½ cup crème fraîche or sour cream

• ½ tsp cinnamon

• 1 tsp honey


Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine well. If not using at once, cover and store in the fridge for up to a week until needed.
