Danish legend signs on at Melbourne

Former Denmark international Jesper Olsen has been appointed as one of two assistant coaches to Australia's new A-League team, the Melbourne Heart.

Olsen will join former Australia international Ante Milicic as assistants to head coach John van 't Schip when the Heart join the expanded A-League for the 2010-11 season.

"I am excited to be working alongside Ante and Jesper. They bring qualities to the table which are important to build a successful football club, and will help us into the future," van t' Schip said in a statement on Wednesday.
