Last year you sent us numerous images of disability parking poachers. We've taken down all the images we posted last year, and we're starting afresh. If you see someone using a disability space when you don't think they should be, please send take a photo and send it to us: fairgo@tvnz.co.nz We'll check it out, get a response from the poacher, and if we feel the parking isn't justified in some way we'll put it on the website and/or programme. NOTE RE POLICE USE OF DISABILITY SPACES For Police, the Land Transport Road Users Rule 1.8(3) comes into effect where Police are authorised to park in any place, where it is necessary in the execution of their duty.
