The nearly bankrupt phone salesman, who became an international opera sensation overnight, is back in New Zealand.
Paul Potts swept to victory in Britain's got Talent, two years ago.
Now he is touring the world with Kiwi singer Elizabeth Marvelly, and in another New Zealand connection duets with Hayley Westenra on his new album.
"A big thank you to everybody in New Zealand for coming out to support me, without people buying the album, buying tickets to watch me perform, I wouldn't have this career that's changed my life, it's something that I will never forget," he says.
Potts isn't playing any concerts while in New Zealand, but will tour the country next year.
