According to reports Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are set to go their separate ways.
The Daily Mail reported that the Hollywood power couple, known as Brangelina, are said to have been in talks with lawyers to agree to a deal to split their $US330 million fortune.
Allegedly the pair signed legal papers this week revealing they plan to share their fortune equally and custody of their six children, three of whom are adopted.
The News of the World reported that while the agreement will give them joint custody the children will live with their mother.
They have three adopted children - Maddox eight, Pax, six, and Zahara, five, and three biological children Shiloh, three, and 17-month-old twins Knox and Vivienne.
The news comes after months of speculation over their relationship.
The pair reportedly fell for each other when filming Mr and Mrs Smith in 2004.
Neither are strangers to high-profile break-ups with Pitt splitting from Jennifer Aniston in January 2005 and Jolie divorcing Billy Bob Thornton in 2003.
The pair failed to show at the Golden Globe Awards last week.
