In what may just be the interview of the year, if it comes off, Oprah Winfrey has invited Tiger Woods to appear on her talk show to chat about his marriage infidelities.

The number of women who claim to have had relationships with the golfer claimed to six - with reports several more are about to surface including one in London.

If he accepts the invitation, there's a chance Woods' wife Elin Nordegren could accompany him for the confessional.

And while the golfer is trying to salvage his marriage amid the media intrusions and jokes, Woods is getting support from his Kiwi caddie Steve Williams, who says he is standing by his boss.

Williams says that's what friends are for, and you support them through good and bad.

Meantime, Playboy King Hugh Hefner is also offering his support.

He says the notion monogamy lasts forever is just a wish.
