The mystery woman pregnant with British actor Jude Law's baby has been revealed as Samantha Burke.
Celebrity gossip website TMZ says the actress and model is expecting a baby girl in October.
In a statement sent to TMZ, Burke's attorneys said: "Ms Burke can confirm that she did in fact have a relationship with Mr Law and that she has informed Mr Law that she is expecting his child later this fall."
The baby will be Law's fourth child.
Law's representatives say that while he is no longer in the relationship with Burke, he intends to be a fully supportive part of the child's life.
Law was married to actress Sadie Frost from 1997 to 2003 and they have three children.
He earned Oscar nominations for his roles in 2003's Cold Mountain and 1999's The Talented Mr Ripley.
The actor will next appear in Sherlock Holmes due out on Christmas Day, playing the famous detective's assistant, Dr Watson.
