Teen pop sensation Miley Cyrus is under fire once more - this time over a tattoo she has been seen sporting on a beach in Florida.
The tattoo, which sits just below the 17-year-old's bustline, carries the words "just breathe".
It is illegal to get a tattoo in the US unless you are aged 18 or over.
One fan's blog is suggesting the ink-work is in memory of a nine-year-old girl called Vanessa who passed away from cystic fibrosis in 2007.
Cyrus met Vanessa at a Los Angeles hospital and instantly connected with her, describing her as one of her best friends.
It is been a year since controversy erupted after the star posed in nothing but a sheet for Vanity Fair magazine.
Half-naked photographs of her were also leaked onto the internet.
