Los Angeles prosecutors charged a Pennsylvania man on Friday with stalking actors Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck, after police said he showed up at their daughter's school despite a court "stay-away" order.
Steven Burky, 37, was expected to appear in court on Friday to face the charge.
Burky, a Los Angeles native, has allegedly violated a year-old permanent restraining order taken out against him by the actors.
When obtaining that order in November 2008, Garner told the judge Burky had been following her around the United States since 2002.
According to E! Online, Burky has claimed a vision from God first sparked his interest in Garner and her family.
Garner and Affleck, who married in June 2005, have two daughters - Violet, 3, and Seraphina, 11 months.
