  • Arrest warrant issued for Lindsay Lohan

A Beverly Hills judge has withdrawn an arrest warrant for actress Lindsay Lohan for driving under the influence in 2007.

The warrant had been issued when the 22-year-old was seen leaving the rehab centre she'd been attending.

But it was all a misunderstanding, she was going to a different one.

Lohan was arrested two years ago for drink-driving after a hit and run crash, then caught again two months later for the same crime as well as possession of cocaine.

She's served a total of 84 minutes in jail.
