Keisha Castle-Hughes has announced her engagement to Jonothan Morrison.
The 22 year-old Whale Rider actress posted a photo of her new engagement ring on her Twitter page, writing, "He liked it. Then he put a ring on it."
In reponse to many congratulatory messages, she later tweeted, "Thanks for all of the love".
Her previous relationship with on-again-off-again boyfriend Michael Graves ended in March this year after he was charged with assaulting her.
The charge was eventually withdrawn, due to insufficient evidence.
Castle-Hughes has a five year-old daughter, Felicity-Amore Hull with former partner Bradley Hull.
