Kanye West is at it again ... stealing the show at the MTV Video Music Awards, but for all the wrong reasons.
The rapper, who has never been backward at coming forward, got on stage in New York and grabbed the mic from a visibly stunned Taylor Swift, who was in the process of accepting her award for Best Female Video.
Not content to express his opinion after the show, he told the
crowd that Beyonce, who had been nominated in the category, had
made one of the best videos ever.
Later in the show, Beyonce invited Swift back on stage, as she accepted her own award for Video Of The Year.
Beyonce said: "I remember being 17-years-old, up for my first MTV award with Destiny's Child and it was one of the most exciting moments of my life, so I would like for Taylor to come out and have her moment."
Swift went on to finish her previously cut-off acceptance
speech, before leaving the stage with Beyonce.
