While he waits to become a grandfather, actor and comedian Jim
Carrey has become a father-in-law.
Carrey's 21-year-old daughter, Jane Carrey, recently married rocker
Alex Santana, according to
Carrey's Twitter page.
"my Jane is a married women (sic). days ago her and me new son in
law alex got hitched," Carrey tweeted. "the day was simply
perfect& lots of love there."
The couple are already expecting their first child.
"I am very excited," Jim said when details of the pregnancy were
revealed in July. "Jane is going to be a great mom."
Jane is Carrey's daughter from his first marriage to Melissa
Carrey. The couple divorced in 1995 after nearly ten years of
marriage.
Carrey later married actress Lauren Holly in 1996 before divorcing
in 1997 and has been dating Jenny McCarthy since 2005.
