Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux are engaged, media reports say.
The actor-screenwriter proposed to the former Friends star on his birthday, his representative told People magazine.
"Justin Theroux had an amazing birthday on Friday, receiving an extraordinary gift when his girlfriend, Jennifer Aniston, accepted his proposal of marriage."
Aniston, 43 and Theroux, 41, who both starred in Wanderlust, have been dating for over a year.
The Horrible Bosses star was previously married to Hollywood heartthrob Brad Pitt, who is currently planning his wedding to Angelina Jolie. It will be Theroux's first wedding.
The actress has been romantically linked with a string of men, including John Mayer, Vince Vaughn and Bradley Cooper, since divorcing Pitt in 2005.
