Move over, Susan Boyle, there's a new YouTube sensation doing the rounds - an American Idol contestant's song called Pants On The Ground.
Ever since General Larry Platt took to American Idol last week to perform, Pants On The Ground has become one of the most searched terms on Google and has been covered by numerous others on YouTube.
The 63-year-old's song is dominated by the lyrics: "Pants on the ground, pants on the ground, looking like a fool with your pants on the ground."
Jimmy Fallon has already covered the song (posing as Neil Young). And somehow it doesn't sound half bad.
Pants On The Ground has even made its way to the NFL, with the Vikings' Brett Favre breaking into an impromptu performance of it following his team's win over the Cowboys.
The new series of American Idol kicks off in New Zealand this Friday at 8.30pm on TV2.
