Australian actor Hugh Jackman is apparently set to work with teen superstar Miley Cyrus.

The 40-year-old Australia actor sparked speculation he is set to announce a new movie project with the Hannah Montana star after they were seen having a working lunch at Mortons Steakhouse in Los Angeles.

A fellow diner said: "It was surprising to see Hugh Jackman having a meal with Miley Cyrus. It wasn't romantic. They had a few producer-type people with them. It looked like a business dinner.

"I can only guess what it could be - Im sure it wasn't just Hugh angling for a guest role on Hannah Montana."

The X-Men Origins: Wolverine star currently has over seven films in production.

Meanwhile, Joe Jonas has hinted his brother Nick has rekindled his relationship with the 16-year-old singer-and-actress.

When he told US talk show host Larry King he has a girlfriend, the presenter asked if she was as famous as Nicks, to which Joe replied: "I dont think anybodys as famous as Miley Cyrus."

Nick - who previously dated Miley for two years before they split at the end of 2007 - revealed he is happy to have "reconnected" with his former love, but insists they are just friends.

He said: "Its good, its nice to have reconnected with her. For a little while there, we had not been as reconnected as we are now. Its good to have the friend back."

Miley, who recently split from underwear model Justin Gaston, later joined the Jonas Brothers at their concert in Austin, Texas, on Saturday (20.06.09), where she performed Before The Storm with them.
