Supermodel Heidi Klum has officially changed her name.

Klum has been married to singer Seal for more than four years and, according to People , has finally taken her husband's last name - Samuel.

The name change was approved in Los Angeles at the weekend.

It is unknown whether Klum will use her new name professionally.
