British style icon Gok Wan has postponed his trip down under due to health issues.
Gok, renowned for the feel-good show How to Look Good Naked, was scheduled to host the Westfield Style Tour through Australia and New Zealand during April.
A series of free live shows were booked into three Westfield centres in Auckland.
Gok has been busy on Twitter keeping fans up to date with his health concerns from hospital, saying: "Not a great day with my back... Love would be greatly appreciated!"
Shortly after, Gok Tweeted that he is on morphine and needs to have surgery on his back.
But in keeping with his publicly upbeat persona, he later said: "So... I managed to get to know everyone on my ward. We've swapped chocolates, gossiped and I dispensed fashion advise! Hospital Chic baby!"
Westfield organisers say they are working to reschedule Gok's Australasian tour.
They say they will be able to update fans with new tour dates
within the next week.
