Gibson's girlfriend upset over sexy pictures

Mel Gibson's pregnant girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva has filed her second lawsuit in nine days, the latest accusing a former manager of selling sexy lingerie photos to the media.

Last week Grigorieva, 38, sued a web hosting company that claimed the domain name www.oksanagrigorieva.com.

The Russian beauty used the same high-powered Los Angeles law firm, Lavely & Singer, to file both suits.

The new lawsuit claims the former manager, Samuel Oriti, agreed the photos and negatives from Grigorieva's 2004 shoot were her "exclusive property" and would only be used to attempt to secure an endorsement deal with "a prominent lingerie company".

The photos surfaced in April this year on website Radar Online after news broke the Russian beauty was dating Oscar winner Gibson, who was divorcing his Australian wife of 28 years, Robyn.
