Middle-aged pop superstar Madonna has flashed concert-goers in Rome, days after exposing her right breast at a concert in Istanbul.
The Italian crowd erupted in applause when the Queen of Pop stripped off her microphone pack and unbuttoned her black trousers to expose her thong-and-fishnet clad bottom to the audience at Rome's Stadio Olimpico.
The flashing came as the 53-year-old was performing her 1995 hit Human Nature - the same song she exposed herself to last week.
Madonna made headlines when she deliberately pulled down a bra-style top to reveal her right breast in front of 55,000 concert-goers at the Turk Telecom Arena in Istanbul.
The singer recently began the Europe-leg of her 80-concert world tour to promote her new album MDNA.
