Farrah Fawcett's last living will omitted long-term partner Ryan O'Neal.

The Charlie's Angels actress, who lost her battle with cancer in June aged 62, reportedly left $US4.5 million to son Redmond O'Neal and $US100,000 to ex-boyfriend Greg Lott, who has recently claimed he was the star's secret boyfriend, but had been banned from seeing her by O'Neal.

However, O'Neal and close friends Alana Stewart and Craig Nevius, who chronicled the actress' cancer battle in TV documentary Farrah's Story, were not named in the document, which was most recently updated on 9 August 2007 and appeared to have been signed by the actress.

Fawcett also left $US500,000 each to her nephew Greg Walls and father James Fawcett.

The document, obtained by website RadarOnline, also shows that Fawcett's last wishes were ignored.

The trust states: "Settlor declares that she wishes to remain at home for as long as possible during any period of illness or incapacity and to die at home."

Fawcett died at St John's hospital in Santa Monica, California on June 25.

O'Neal, who is the father of recovering alcohol and drug addict Redmond, and Fawcett's 15-year relationship ended in 1997, but the pair reunited in 2006 shortly after she was diagnosed with anal cancer.

Fawcett and O'Neal's relationship was tempestuous, with the Love Story actor's son Griffin O'Neal previously saying his dad couldn't stay faithful.

Griffin O'Neal said: "Was he faithful to her in the relationship? No. Are you kidding? She walked in on him and he was with some other woman.

"Their relationship was bombastic at times. There were great times. There were very hard times. By the time Redmond was five, they lived in separate rooms in a very large house."
