Dannii Minogue is set to get engaged.
It has been reported the star has flown to her native Australia to surprise her boyfriend, British former rugby player Kris Smith, but he is said to be planning an even bigger surprise for her - by asking her to be his wife with a huge diamond ring.
A friend of Minogue's said: "It's going to be a trip full of shockers."
Minogue, 37, is flying back especially for Smith' catwalk debut, after he landed a number of modelling contracts, and hopes to shock him by getting a front row seat.
Friends say she told Smith she wouldn't be able to see him before the start of the latest series of UK talent show The X Factor - on which Minogue is a judge and talent mentor.
Smith is expected to bring his proposal forward from the end of the month as planned when she arrives.
Minogue has previously admitted she is ready to get engaged to the 29-year-old hunk, saying: "I think I'm looking at nesting this year... know what I mean?"
