If the next Peter Jackson is waiting to be discovered, it could be at the annual Handle the Jandal DIY Music Video Awards.

The awards are all about making music video brilliance without any money - such as using seven people armed with colouring pencils instead of computer graphics.

It is this creativity that has impressed those dishing out the Golden Jandals.
