Audiences at Madonna's Los Angeles concert got a double whammy of music royalty when the Queen of Pop welcomed a pop princess on the stage.
A demure looking Britney Spears joined Madonna for the hit Human
Touch.
It's the second time they have sung together and the first time the
younger singer has performed on stage since her disastrous
appearance at the 2007 MTV awards.
And if that wasn't enough, later on Justin Timberlake jammed with
Madonna.
During her concert, Madonna talked about the gay marriage ban in California, months after marriage was made legal for same-sex couples.
She said it was a shame that the people of the United States
could put a black man in the White House, but not support equal
marriage rights for gay and lesbian couples.
Voters approved a proposal in Tuesday's presidential election known
as Proposition 8 that amended California's constitution to say only
marriages between men and women are recognised in the state.
The decision came just six months after California's Supreme Court overturned a previous ban on same-sex marriage, paving the way for thousands of gay and lesbian couples to tie the knot in the state.
