It is reported that Barbra Streisand is to perform at Wellington's Westpac Stadium next year.
The Dominion Post says negotiations are underway to bring Streisand to the capital, in a concert to mark the stadium's 10th anniversary.
Streisand, who has famously battled stage fright, released her 63rd album this year.
The paper says negotiations are still continuing to also bring Irish band U2 to Wellington in 2010.
