Never one to stay out of the spotlight for long, Lindsay Lohan has struck again.
According to E! News the actress has been involved in yet another car accident.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department her car was involved in an accident on Sunday (NZT) and there is now an investigation underway.
TMZ reports that Lohan was not behind the wheel of her BMW when the driver struck a paparazzo while leaving The Hotel Cafe.
While Lohan is said to be in the clear, the driver in reportedly under investigation for assault with a deadly weapon.
The incident adds to a string of other vehicle related headlines Lohan has generated. Last May she was in a car when it crashed into a wall outside a Hollywood hotel and in 2007 she spend months battling DUI and car chase charges.
