Anna Nicole Smith's two doctors and her lawyer and boyfriend Howard K. Stern have pleaded not guilty to drug conspiracy charges.

They are accused of providing the late Playboy model with sedatives before she died.

A US judge has refused to suspend the doctors' medical licences.
