A New Zealand documentary which examines the life of former truck driver Ken Douglas, a Trade Unionist who went from President of the Council of Trade Unions to being a Company Board Director. His personal history is entwined with the sweeping changes in the trade union movement and labour conditions which developed under the Labour Government of the 1980s.
